Administrative Office Manager – The Role

SMOps is looking for a part-time administration and office assistent in Oosterhout for about 4 hours per week. How these hours will be spend is not set in stone (e.g. 8 hours every other week, 4 hours per week, or 2 times 2 hours per week).

Your main focus will be financial administration. You will be creating and emailing outgoing invoices at the start of each month. You will also check whether payments are received in time. You will also process and book incoming invoices and ensure these are paid on time. You will also be assisting your colleagues (consultants) with simple activities, such as processing their receipt declarations.

Additionally you can assist office management (e.g. appointment setting, publishing content on the website, reviewing letters and proposals, or shipping customer gifts).

Requirements

  • MBO+ education level and/or job experience
  • Microsoft Office (E.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of Administrationand financial book keeping
  • e-boekhouden.nl knowledge is a pré
  • Knowledge of WordPress is a pré
  • Fluent English speaking and writing is a pré
